How To Flash Stock ROM On Micromax A35 [v2]

Today, Its Me:Aryan(A.R.) Again, Gonna Show You,
HOW TO FLASH V2 .PAC ROM ON MICROMAX A35

First Of All Download Stock .PAC ROM From Below:

And Put Download  .RAR In Any Folder And Extract It(You Will Get 3 Folders):

Now I'll Show You The Procedure In Parts:

PART 1: Installing Drivers.

• Open The "Driver" Folder, You Will Get "SCI-android-usb-driver-jungo-v4.rar".

• Extract This SCI-android-usb-driver-jungo-v4.rar.

• Open The Extract Folder, You Will See This:

IF YOU HAVE 32-BIT SYSTEM: OPEN x86 FOLDER.
IF YOU HAVE 64-BIT SYSTEM: OPEN x64 FOLDER.

If You Dont Know, Your System Type:

• Right Click On "My Computer" Then Open "Properties"

SINCE MY SYSTEM TYPE IS OF 32-Bit OS: So I'll Open Folder x86.

• Open "DPInst.exe".
• Press Next

Installation Will Start:

SOME POP-UPS MAY APPER(7-8 POP-UPS): PRESS ON INSTALL THIS DRIVER SOFTWARE  ANYWAY

At The End You Will See These Green Ticks.

If You See This, Then You have Succesfully Installed Drivers. Now You Can Move Towards PART2.


PART 2: Extracting Firmware.

• Open Firmware/V2_23.02.2013 Folders, You Will See This ZE56AA_060A_V8_0_9.rar.

• Extract ZE56AA_060A_V8_0_9.rar You Get  ZE56AA_060A_V8_0_9_DCC Folder.

• In ZE56AA_060A_V8_0_9_DCC Folder, See ze56aa_060.pac

This Is The .pac ROM Which You Are Going To Flash.
Now Follow Part 3.


PART 3: Extracting Flashing Tools.

• Open Download Tool Folder and Extract The .rar Inside It.

• Open HQ_SPRD_UPGRADEDOWNLOAD_R2.9.7003_120619/Bin Folder

• Open UpgradeDownload.exe

Now Follow Part4.


PART 4: Flashing The ROM.

• Take Your Phone.

• REMOVE ITS BATTERY.

• Connect Your Device With PC.

• HOLD VOL. DOWN Button And Insert The Battery(While Holding/Pressed Vol. Down Button [DONT TAKE YOUR FINGERS OFF, PRESS IT CONTINUOUSLY]).

• Once You See Installing Drives Notification, You Can Take Your Fingers Off.

After Installing, Flashing Will Automatically Start.

Once You See PASSED. Disconnect Your USB CABLE.
Remove Your Battery.
Insert The Battery Again (After 10-15sec).
Power ON Your Device NOW .


Succesfully Flashed .pac ROM

• Setting Up Cygwin Kitchen

1. Download And Extract "Cygwin_Kitchen_Full.rar" From The Above Link To C:/ Drive

2. Open Cygwin.bat inside Cygwin Folder And Wait Till This Appers.

3. Type exit And Press ENTER. The Command Screen Automatically Get Closed. Now Open "home" folder, You Will See Two Folders

• <Your Username folder>(Mine is arun)
• USER_NAME folder

4. Open <Your Username folder>(Here its arun), Check If You See 4 Files or Not.

5. If You See Above All 4 Files, Then Copy This "kitchen" Folder From "USER_NAME" Folder And Paste It To "<Your Username folder>(Here its arun)"

6. Now Delete The "USER_NAME" Folder.

• Using Cygwin Kitchen

1. Now We Will Test, If The Cygwin Kitchen Is Perfectly Set-Up OR Not, 

Open Cygwin.bat (C:/Cygwin/Cygwin.bat) You Will See Like This,

2. Type "cd kitchen" Without Quotes And Press ENTER,

3. Type "./menu" Without Quotes And Press ENTER,

If You See The Above Window, Then Congrats, You Succesfully Set-Up Cygwin Kitchen.

[MICROMAX UNITE 2][LOLLIPOP UPDATE]Error While Flashing OTA Due To CWM (SOLVED)

Finally Micromax Unite 2 Got An Official Update Of Android 5.0 (Lollipop).
But Many Of You Users, Getting Problem While Flashing The Official Update.
Instead Of Flashing The Official Update, CWM Recovery Open Up And Gives A Headache While Updating The Unite 2.

• So What's The Problem Going On?

Since You Have Installed The Custom Recovery (CWM), It Dont Help In Flashing The Official Update.

• Solution?

You Need Stock ROM's Official "recovery.img" And Flash It Via Mobile Uncle Tool Apk.

• Procedure

1. Download "MobileUncleTool.apk".
2. Download This Stock recovery.img from Here: http://www.mediafire.com/download/8lzu6ur9xaveb6y/recovery.img And Put It In SDcard (Dont Put It In Any Folder, Just Paste It To Main SD Card OR We Can Say Put It In Your Root Of SD Card)
3. Open "Mobile Uncle Tool" and Press On "Flash Recovery From SD Card OR Recovery Update".
4. You Will See "recovery.img", Press On It, And Flash That Recovery.

Congrats, Now You Succesfully Flashed UNITE 2 STOCK ROM'S RECOVERY.IMG.

Now You Can Easily Flash The Official Update.

How To Decompile/Recompile Apk Using APK MULTITOOL

In my previous post, we had succesfully setup the APK MULTITOOL.

PART 1: How To Decompile Apk:

1. If You All Done Right, You Will See Like This,

2. Let Us Decompile Settings.apk (Get Your Settings.apk From Your Device /system/app)

3. Place Your Settings.apk inside "place-apk-here-for-modding"

4. Open "Script.bat",  Press Enter, Then You Will See Like This.

5. As You Know, Settings.apk is a system app, so Press Option "9", Then Press ENTER

6. Wait For Decompilation process(It will be automatically done.)

7. Your Decompiled Apk Will Be In "projects" folder.




PART 2: How To Recompile Apk:

1. The Basic Editing, You Must Know How To Do This, I Wont Teach You This One, In This Tutorial, After Editing, Open "script.bat".

2. Press "11" and ENTER, To Compile System Apps.

3. After Buliding Apk, You Will See Like This,

4. Press "y" and ENTER, Now You Will See Like This.

6. Now The Most Important Part Comes, MINIMISE Your script.bat Screen, Find "keep"

Open this folder, You Will Get These,

Be Carefull:

• Delete "resources.arsc", "res" file/folder, If You Edited any ".xml", "png".
• Delete "classes.dex" if you have edited any "smali file".
• Delete "AndroidManifest.xml", if you editied This File (If You Not Edited "AndroidManifest.xml", Dont Delete It.)

7. Open The MINIMISED "script.bat", Press ENTER.

8. You Will Find Your Modded Apk In "modified-system-apk-files-here" folder.

9. Rename "systemSettings.apk" to "Settings.apk".

10. Paste This "Settings.apk" to Your /system/app.

NOTE:

• If You Edit Your "AndroidManifest.xml", You Need to Sign Your Apk.
• For Signing, Place the Modded App in "place-apk-here-for-signing" folder.
• In "script.bat", The Option Number is "20".
• The "script.bat" Automatically Termainates After Signing.
• The Signed Apk is in "place-apk-here-for-signing" folder.

Also, stock ROM dont accept custom signed system apk(s), for using custom signed system apk(s), you need to disable "signature verification" from "services.jar".

Dont worry about signatures, if you didnt edited your "AndroidManifest.xml".

Add Init.d Support To Any ROM.

Now You Can Make Your Kernal Support init.d

Flash The Above Zip via CWM.

Procedure:

1. Download The Above Zip (Init-d.zip).

2. Place This In SD-Card.

3. Flash via CWM, (Install Zip From SD-Card Option).

4. Reboot Your Device After Flashing.
(If Disable recovery option appers in cwm after rebooting, press NO).

Note:
This Zip Just Make Your Kernal, Support INIT.D. You Need To Search Init.d Tweaks After Flashing The Above Zip (NO TWEAK ADDED IN ABOVE ZIP)/

Pre-Scripted Flashable Framework Zip

Many of you want to flash framework-res.apk, android.policy.jar, framework.jar... etc.
But due to copy-paste, you usually end up by bricking your device.

Solution:

1. Goto ROM arosv1 folder

2. Rename nandroid.md5 to nandroid.txt

3. open nandroid.txt
delete all contents...make nandroid.txt empty and save it....

4. rename nandroid.txt to nandroid.md5

flash the update now like emoticon

How To Install Custom ROM in Micromax A35

Download any custom ROM of nandroid type, i.e., in .img format.

put that in your sdcard>clockworkmod>backup>"put ROM here (folder)"

if you dont have above folders, just make new folder, name it as above.

1. Root your Phone.
2. Flash CWM (adb method or mobile uncletool method).
3. Boot Into  CWM Recovery (Mobile Uncletool will help you to boot into recovery).

Now in CWM. (Only Hard keys will work.) (step by step)

1. WIPE DATA.
2. WIPE CACHE.
3. BACKUP AND RESTORE.
4. RESTORE.
5. (select your ROM).
6. YES.

Wait Untill ROM flashes Fully.
then Go back and REBOOT SYSTEM NOW.

Congratulations, you have successfully flash new ROM.

Note: All Above methods are tested. To perform Particular Step, Go Deep into my blog, you will get everything needed here.
Also First backup your rom for saftey, or otherwise, you gonna finish :P
If you Made Brick your device, then unbricking trick is also in FLASHING CWM post down there. :)

APK MULTITOOL (SETTING UP)...

First Make sure you have "framework-res.apk" of your device whose apk you are going to edit.

If you dont have "framework-res.apk". Click Here (Micromax A35 Stock framework)

Steps:

1. Extract the downloaded zip and open extracted folder.

    2.  Open Setup.bat and press "3" (Without Quotes)

    3.  It will make automatically some folders and you will be again moved to the above screen.

    4.  Now put your framework-res.apk to "other" folder  (Have a look there).

    5.  Now in the menu, Press 2.

    6.  Now press 1. (a cmd window will popup).
         type there- "apktool if framework-res.apk" (without quotes)

         and press ENTER.

Now Quit the menu.

Congratulations, You have set up APK MULTITOOL successfully :)
